Satisfaction, effectiveness, creativity, and joy: 4 words which describe me the best. First of all, what is the most important for me is to be satisfied – at work, in relationships and during free time: to be inspired by new ideas, places, and people. As an engineer, structures and results do matter for me, so I try to be as effective as possible.
